SPS Administrators at Summer Retreat

To ensure that we are focused on this year's goals, and prepared to lead our students and teachers into a successful and joyous school year, all administrators participated in the district's summer retreat. The summer retreat takes place in the Community Room at the Scituate Library and at the Scituate Community Building. Topics that the leaders explored included but are not limited to: SPS Pillars, effective communication, resources to support students in need, curriculum calibration, the plan for the first days of school for teachers, and working leadership committees for this year.  As we explored all topics, we ensured that we kept our focus on creating a "Home Away from Home" for our employees and students.
