Cushing Elementary celebrated St. Patrick’s Day last Friday, March 17th! Ms. Listernick’s Leprechauns really got into the spirit of the day!
Lila Petit, Bella Mauro and Henry Barnes in Mr. Smalley’s fifth grade class showed the pride of the Boston Celtics on Friday, complete with bling!
Emma Lenzi, Phoebe Ruzicka and Avery Whiting found their pot of gold with Mrs. Dewberry, Cushing Math Specialist!
Jon Belber from Holly Hill Farm returned to Cushing last week, meeting with our fourth graders to sow and transplant sugar snap peas! Ms. Martin’s class listened intently!
Family Elementary Science and Social Studies Information Session
Join the elementary STEM and humanities curriculum coordinators for a presentation and discussion about science and social studies in grades K-5. Learn about topics at each grade level and the hands-on approaches to teaching content in the elementary schools.

LIT Bedtime Stories
Scituate Public Schools is offering bedtime stories, presented by the Love, Inclusion and Trust Parental/Caregivers Advisory Group. Bedtime stories will be offered weekly (March 7th through March 28th) on Tuesday evening Zoom calls at 7:15 PM (all stories are suitable for elementary students).

It is important for children to get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and drink plenty of water during test administration! Scheduling family vacations is strongly discouraged during this important testing window. We appreciate your support!
