Hero Art
Thank you to the Cushing PTO for organizing and funding our recent enrichment assembly, “Hero Art” with Rob Surette! Rob is a world renowned artist, having appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, performing at Disney and talk shows on all major networks! His talent and inspirational messages are world class!
Rob shared his art samples with us at Cushing, including Judy Garland, Abe Lincoln, Albert Einstein and Martin Luther King Jr (to name a few!)
We were truly blown away by Mr. Surette’s artistic talents!
The Scituate Fire Department visited Cushing Elementary on Monday, October 2nd to discuss “Fire Safety!” Our first graders learn about smoke detectors, what to do in the event of a fire, and how to stay safe! Thank you to the Scituate Fire Department!
Thank you to Ms. Monahan’s first graders who hosted me as a “Mystery Reader!”
